AURORA, ONTARIO, Canada, March 9, 2010 – Magna Seating and Magna Exteriors and Interiors, operating units of Magna International Inc., have received supplier awards from Toyota Motor Engineering & Manufacturing North America, Inc. (TEMA). The awards were presented today at a ceremony held in conjunction with TEMA’s 2010 Annual Supplier Business Meeting in Covington, Ky., where Toyota recognized suppliers demonstrating exceptional performance in the areas of quality, value improvement, supplier diversity, technology and launch.

Magna Seating was recognized with the Excellent Technology Award for the third-row recliner mechanism it supplies on the 2010 Toyota Sienna. This component provides the new Sienna with a number of strategic benefits compared to the same component on the previous model, including reduced mass, size, space and complexity, as well as improved strength. The mechanism is manufactured at Magna Seating’s Cam-Slide facility in Newmarket, Ontario.

- Polybrite, Richmond Hill, Ontario – supplies the Lexus RX350.

- Polycon, Guelph, Ontario – supplies the Corolla/Matrix, the RAV4 and the Lexus RX350.

- Nascote, Nashville, Illinois – supplies the Venza.
